White Oaks

A 3-storey wood framed building with an above cast-in-place concrete parking garage. The building was constructed in 1990 and contains 60 strata lots. The exterior walls have a combination of vinyl siding and brick veneer. We provided a detailed Building Enclosure Condition Assessment along with Opinions of Probable Costs (OPCs). We also met with Strata to present our findings.
