Five, 4 story wood framed condominiums over a below grade cast in place concrete parking garage. The building enclosure assemblies included vertical and horizontal vinyl siding, and brick veneer. PVC framed windows and doors were installed. Jeff Renwick, P.Eng., while as owner/partner with another firm, provided building enclosure consulting services.
