Two 15 and 14-storey residential towers constructed over a common podium on the 6th floor with a total of 230 residential units. The concrete framed residential condominium towers are constructed over five (5) level structure. The structure contains two levels of above grade residential parkade over two levels of above grade commercial space, and one level of below grade commercial parkade. We provided a 15 months Warranty Review.
