Station Park 1 & 2

6 to 7-storey mixed use concrete framed buildings constructed over 2 levels of reinforced concrete parking garage. Station Park 1 and 2 contain a total of 29 and 45 units, respectively. Construction was completed in 1992. The exterior building enclosure consists of architectural concrete, aluminum framed windows, steep and low-sloped roofs, balconies, and decks. We provided a detailed Building Enclosure Condition Assessment along with Opinions of Probable Costs (OPCs).
