The development consists of three wood framed buildings each being four stories in height. The three buildings are constructed over a single, cast in place below grade parkade. The complex constructed in 2011 and contains 60 units. The buildings feature roof top decks, balconies, and generous roof overhang at the roof eaves. The exterior building components include composite cement panels and horizontal siding, horizontal cedar siding and aluminum covered PVC framed double pane windows.
