Heather Place

This is a two 3-storey wood framed buildings, facing Heather Street, over a below-grade reinforced concrete parking structure. This is a full building enclosure rehabilitation project that will include the replacement of all claddings, balcony membranes, deck membranes, windows, and doors. The project is currently in design stage.
