3-storey wood framed townhouse buildings. Phase 1 contains 13 buildings with a total of 49 residential units and the common area. Construction was completed circa 2018 and 2019. The exterior building enclosure consists of fiber cement siding, vinyl siding, and brick veneer, along with steep-sloped asphalt shingled roofs. We provided 15 months and 2-year Warranty Reviews.
