Holzheimer Residence

A 3-storey wood-framed single family dwelling. This full building enclosure rehabilitation project included the replacement of horizontal wood siding, the reinstatement of windows and doors into fully waterproofed rough openings, the replacement of balcony and deck waterproofing membranes and guard systems, wall to roof membrane transitions, and localized at-grade building perimeter re-waterproofing. Our involvement is in the design stage. The construction value is approximately $500,000.
