Hawthorne Housing Co-operative

The building is a 2 to 3-storey building constructed over a partially below grade cast-in place concrete parking garage. The building was constructed in 1980 and contains 59 residential suites. The exterior walls are comprised of vinyl siding over original cedar wood siding. We provided a detailed Building Enclosure Condition Assessment along with Opinions of Probable Costs (OPCs). We also met with the Co-operative to present our findings.
