Garibaldi Highlands Elementary

A School District 48 Project founded by BC Housing. One to two storey wood framed institutional building. This building enclosure rehabilitation project comprised all vertical exterior surfaces, including new rainscreen cladding at walls and roof fascia, insulation, air/water-resistive barrier, and fiberglass window assemblies with improved thermal resistance properties. The rehabilitation also included all their associated transitions with existing building components such as soffits and roof parapets. The project reached substantial completion in October 2020 and the total construction value was approximately $2,250,000.
