Falcon House

A 4-storey residential building with a total of 40 units located in Maple Ridge, BC. The complex includes one level partially underground parking garage. Construction was completed in 2017. The complex features balconies, patios, and decks.

The exterior building enclosure components are primarily brick veneer, stone veneer, and concrete walls, composite fibre cement board and batten siding, vinyl windows, fiberglass swing doors, vinyl sliding doors, aluminum storefront doors, aluminum guardrails, low-sloped and sloped roofs, balconies, decks, and patios. We provided a 15 months Warranty Review.
