A BC Housing and School District 44 Project. One storey wood framed institutional building. This targeted building enclosure rehabilitation project included vertical exterior surfaces (exposed stucco clad walls, and metal cladding), select windows at steep-sloped roofs, and roof gutter and tie-in with metal roofing. The estimated construction value is approximately $900,000.
