The complex consists of 100 units that are spread across 12 buildings (comprised of 2 apartment low-rise buildings, 8 townhouse buildings, and 1 amenity building). The rehabilitation work included the following: replacement of windows and doors in 10 buildings, targeted building enclosure rehabilitation, targeted skylight replacement, targeted roof replacement, hazardous materials abatement, mechanical upgrades and more. The construction value was approximately $3.3 million.
