A 5-storey wood framed mixed-use building, constructed over 2 levels of reinforced concrete parking garage. The building contains a total of 53 strata lots, comprised of 44 residential and 9 commercial lots. Construction was completed in 2019. The exterior building enclosure consists of brick veneer, composite fibre cement panels, vinyl windows, aluminum guardrails, low-sloped roof, balconies, and decks. We provided a 15 months Warranty Review.
