Aldergrove Community Secondary School

A School District 35 Project founded by BC Housing. One to two storey light weight steel framed institutional building. This building enclosure rehabilitation project includes vertical exterior surfaces (new rainscreen cladding and all their associated transitions such as roof parapet, saddles, doors, louvers, penetrations, etc.) of fan rooms located on the roof of the building. In addition, the scope includes targeted masonry wall crack repair and a sealant renewal program of the school’s west wing, including window and door perimeters, louvers, and other miscellaneous wall penetrations and transitions. The project was recently tendered with construction expected to begin winter 2020/2021. The contract value is approximately $350,000.
