A 4-storey wood framed constructed over 2-storey below grade, cast-in-place concrete parking garage. There are commercial units at the ground level with residential units at the upper levels. The complex was constructed in 1997 and contains 51 strata lots. We provided a detailed Building Enclosure Condition Assessment along with Opinions of Probable Costs (OPCs). We also met with Strata and membership to present our findings.
