One of LDR’s past principals authored an article in Innovation magazine, which is the journal of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of BC. The article is titled Residential Heritage Conversion – Making Sense of the Recent Amendments to the Homeowner Protection Act, and was published in the July/August 2011 edition of Innovation.
The article describes clarifications to regulations governing new home construction. These clarifications were intended to address conflicts between the Homeowner Protection Act and heritage legislation.
